Mental Health and Well-Being Resources

Having in mind the well-being and the academic success of ALL Anglophone students, notwithstanding their individual challenges, the English- speaking education community in partnership with the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur (MEES) put in place a variety of specialized resources.

Building Resilience During COVID-19

The resource Building Resilience During COVID-19 is intended to support teachers and students returning to school during a pandemic. The document was created by Tina Newton, from LBPSB to help teachers, educators and other staff members gain new perspectives for how social-emotional needs can be met in the classroom despite social distancing obligations. Parts 01, 02, 04, & 05 have links to valuable resources and activities that can be easily implemented into your daily classroom practices immediately.
